Patrick Oketa - Chief Investment Officer 
Patrick holds an MA in banking and finance as well as an honours degree in economics and is pursuing an MBA degree in strategic management. Before Joining AAC he worked for GroFin, Actis where he was responsible for the administration of the $100 million Actis Agribusiness Fund and the East African Development Bank in various capacities. He carries a wealth of experience in private equity and project financing gained from many years of working with projects and entrepreneurs across Africa. Edward Isingoma - Financial Controller Edward is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has been working in the accounting and finance field for the past 7 years. Before taking up his current position at AAC, Edward was the Chief Accountant of Nakasero Soap Works ltd a formerly leading soap manufacturing company in Uganda. He also worked as an auditor and/or junior consultant with Mungereza and Kaliisa CPA and has been lecturing professional accountancy courses at The Management and accountancy training company in Kampala since 2003.
Edward Isingoma is a member of both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He holds a Bsc from Oxford brookes University in Applied accounting and is currently finalising an MBA programme of Edinburgh Business School.
Immaculate Mary Mera - Head of Administration Mary Immaculate Mera is the Head of Administration of the AAC. She comes with a wealth of experience in administration and management having previously worked with Sasakawa Africa Association as an Executive Administrator for 8 years. Prior to Sasakawa , she was a Program Officer with the Reproductive Health Services, an NGO funded by Packard Foundation.
Immaculate holds a Bcomm [Marketing] degree from Makerere University, and an MBA, from Makerere University. She spends her free time swimming, reading current affairs, and working with the poor.
Wanjohi Patrick Ndagu - Investment Manager Patrick Ndagu is the Investment Manager for the African Agricultural Capital Fund. He is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Daystar University Kenya and has an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
During his current position, Patrick has successfully completed courses on Private Equity and Venture Capital, Growth Finance and Corporate Governance.
Patrick joined AAC with experience from J.P. Morgan Chase where he worked as an Operations Associate and an Investor Relations Specialist.
Christine Karingithi - Investment Manager Christine Karingithi holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from Daystar University Kenya.
Christine has over 5 years working experience and more recently worked with CARE Enterprise Partners (CEP Africa) as a Business Analyst where she was responsible for business development, financial analysis and monitoring of investments. Ivan Ssenyonjo - Accountant Ivan Ssenyonjo joined AAC in September 2005 as the first employee of the company. He is a graduate of Development Studies from Makerere University in Kampala, and a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) graduate from the ACCA.
Ivan is currently pursuing his ACCA qualification.
Before joining AAC, he worked as a temporary staff at the Forum for Promoting Democratic Constitutionalism (FPDC) and in a series of schools and institutes as a part-time teaching assistant in Kampala.
Vincent Ssenoga - Finance and Administration Assistant Vincent Ssenoga has worked with AAC as a Finance and Administration Assistant since 2006. He holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Makerere University Business School.
Before he joined AAC, he worked for Kahama Oil Mill - Tanzania for 2 years and later moved to live in the UK for 5 years. He has done a number of courses in Fleet Management, book keeping, stores management and supervisory skills. Vincent enjoys music and socializing with a supporting community.
